Are you looking for a change of pace and have a desire for working in the community? We are looking for a part-time LPN or RN to join our Foot Care Nursing team in Victoria, BC.

Please note prior experience is preferred but not required. Foot Care education and certification will be provided as part of employment.

Job Description & Tasks

The mobile foot care nurse will assess and provide foot care services to clients in facility and community settings
-
Identify and report client care concerns to the care team manager
-
Conduct charting and care planning
-
Educate clients and teach methods in maintaining optimum foot health
-
Remain up-to-date with the best practice guidelines and education in relation to Foot Care Nursing

Qualifications
-
Current practicing license with BCCNM in good standing
-
Foot care nursing certificate is an asset but not required
-
Criminal record check clearance for working with vulnerable adults
-
Current First Aid & CPR certification
-
Strong work ethic, solid time management skills and reliable
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Physically able to carry out the duties of the position

Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
-
Proof of vaccination
